As of today, at least $1 billion has already poured in from around the world to restore the historical Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.
Firefighters are still examining the damage and shoring up the structure after Monday’s fire collapsed the cathedral’s spire and destroyed the roof.
Disney CEO Bob Iger pledged $5 million from the company and Salma Hayek’s husband, the French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, pledged over $100 million to rebuild Paris’ historic Notre Dame Cathedral after Monday’s devastating fire.
