Janet Jackson announced she will release a new album in 2022.
She will drop a new single by the end of the year on her new label Rhythm Nation Records.
The album will reunite her with producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.
Her last album was her 2015 project, Unbreakable.
She also has a new documentary dropping January 2022.
“This is my story, told by me, not through someone else’s eyes. This is the truth — take it or leave it. Love it or hate it. This is me.”
Fans will not only get new music from the legend, but her upcoming documentary will give a closer look into the Janet’s life through unseen personal footage, home videos, and exclusive celebrity interviews.
