Gary Bell of Bebashi Transition to Hope is rolling out a new initiative to help convicted criminals obtain a pardon to remove any and all stains from their criminal record.
As Executive Director of Bebashi, Bell hopes to reduce the number of Philadelphians with a criminal history opening the door for among other things an expansion of job opportunities.
