Shanice began her career scatting with legendary Ella Fitzgerald for Kentucky Fried Chicken at the age of eight. She went on to become the grand champion of “Star Search” at the age of 11. Her first album was released when Shanice was 14, but it was her worldwide smash, “I Love Your Smile,” a pop hit in twenty-two countries, that garnered her a Grammy nomination, Germany’s Golden Lion Award and international stardom.

She and her husband, actor Flex Alexander, would later star in the hit reality show “Flex and Shanice,” which ran for three seasons on the Oprah Winfrey Network. She has recently signed a production deal to develop a new reality show.

These two [Shanice and T.J.] come together to present the moving music that evokes an array of emotions. Shanice spoke on the timing of this production and how it’s purpose is to bring relief to such a serious time we are currently living in with one of the most important elections to date upon us.
