Philadelphia Police for a man who gunman who fired into a car, hurting a 15-year-old boy and a woman, 20, near the intersection of 42nd Street and Girard Avenue on Monday (Mar. 10).

According to sources, the man shown in the surveillance footage is sought after a shooting that happened at the intersection of 42nd Street and Girard Avenue at 7:03 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025.

In this incident, officials said, a 15-year-old boy was shot in the arm while a 20-year-old woman suffered a graze wound to the chest.

“On March 10, 2025, at 7:03 pm, a road rage incident led to a shooting incident at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Ave.” Philadelphia Police wrote on their website.  “Two victims, ages 15 and 20, are currently listed in stable condition. The suspect was captured on multiple cameras in the area.”

Authorities released the surveillance footage on YouTube, in which you can see a Black male slowly riding aside another car — which is edited out but appears to be black — arguing with his head out the window, as he slowly ride pass the car.

The next scene, the two cars meet at a traffic light. Once the light turns green, you seen the Male fire a shot at the black car before speeding off.

Suspect Description: Black male, bald head, full beard, 40-45 years old. Last seen operating a 2016-17 model Honda Civic, silver, unknown tag, body damage to both front quarter panels, missing passenger side front hub cap, white vanity tag on front bumper.
