Janet Jackson was officially inducted into the 2019 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center Friday (March 29), with Janelle Monae performing the honors.
It was reported that Ms. Jackson refused to perform at the ceremony because of HBO’s involvement with the Rock Hall. HBO broadcasted the controversial Leaving Neverland documentary in which two men allege that her late brother, Michael, sexually abused them as children.
