The Dell Music center was rocked off its center when Johnny Gill came into town.
The City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection showed its warm welcome to J.G., as well as Marsha Ambrosius and J Brown.
Starting the show off was Mr. J Brown, who came to the stage performing his song ‘My Whole Heart’ which spent some time at the top of the charts.
He then sung ‘If you could see you’, a sung in which he created and dedicated in the name of his daughter. Due to her absence, Brown dedicated the song to a lovely women in the crowd to which he came off the stage and gave her a personal serenade!

Following an amazing act from J Brown was Marsha Ambrosias. Coming to Philly in 2000 and spending the most important years of her adult life here, Ambrosius calls Philly a second home. She surely did not disappoint her home crowd, as she performed some of her most notable records such as ‘Late Nights & Early Mornings’, ‘Far Away’ (with a beautiful portrait of Philly’s own PNB Rock in the background), and ‘One Night Stand’ from her newest album CASABLANCO.

Johnny Gill brought the show home with his usual charm and smooth moves. Setting the stage with ‘Fairweather Friend’, Gill came to the stage in a plum suit with no shirt, letting the ladies see the sweat on his chest.
J.G. got the ladies going all night. While serenading the audience, performing solo hits, new edition records, he even let audience members have a sing-off!
He wrapped up his set by giving all the ladies in the crowd roses, before performing his smash hit’s ‘My, My, My’ and ‘Rub you the right way’
