NBA Veteran Lonnie Walker is making his NBA return as he has reached a 2-year, $3.7M deal with the Philadelphia 76ers.Â
Philadelphia is also receiving a second-round pick -- the 76ers' own pick in 2025 -- in the deal, according to sources.
The arena was scheduled to open in time for the 2031-2032 NBA season, with construction slated to begin in 2026.
The vote to pass the measure was 11 to 4, with two members absent. The bills will need to pass a second council vote next week.
