Shirley Murdoch joined us on Afternoon Delight to reminisce about the origins of her music and acting career. Murdoch dropped a bombshell on Afternoon Delight host Dyana Williams when she mentioned a conversation she had with legendary “Square Biz” singer Teena Marie about starting a girl group.
The “As We Lay” performer also discusses working with Tyler Perry before he was famous, touring and recording new music. Murdoch also reveals her Lockdown 7: seven albums she could not live without.
